Responsibilities

Setup, calibrate and perform High Power RF and small signal s-parameter measurements

Troubleshoot complex RF test and hardware issues with very little supervision

Data logging – familiar with MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and graphing functions

Prototype assembly – able to solder SMT components and construct various test fixtures as needed

Technician will review test results with engineers to ensure performance specifications are met

Required

Knowledgeable of RF Test: Testing includes s-parameters, high power RF, pulsed power, harmonics, ACP, video band width (VBW), digital pre-distortion (DPD), modulation testing various schemes (LTE/TDD, WCDMA, QAM, etc.)

Good written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Operate independently with minimal supervision

5 + years of RF Test or equivalent relevant experience

Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
