Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Track and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
In-depth knowledge of AWS
API development experience with Node.js
Willing to work onsite at the client office in Cockeysville, MD, 4 days a week
Candidates must be geographically based in the United States
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred
10+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance knowledge
