Responsibilities

Manage engineering requirement documents

Implement process inspection, including painting, assembly etc

Final assembly inspection

Running test report review

Final package verification

Delivery files collection and sorting

Coordinate customer witness process

Receive workshop quality issues and confirm the handling results

Support in-site fabrication jobs

Perform inspection in vendor site if necessary

Manage quality documents system

Other tasks assigned by leader

Required

Junior degree, majoring in machinery and fabrication or metal material

Work experience more than 3 years in manufacturing company

Good reading English

Be familiar with processing inspection of machine assembly

Know steel structure welding inspection

Be familiar with management of quality records

Understand machining and welding drawings from US

When finding nonconformance, be able to do basic analysis according to inspection data and drawings

Be able to make inspection reports according to customer requirements

High quality awareness and Sense of responsibility

Good communication skills and high flexibility

Self-reliance

Willingness for extra work and new tasks

Willingness for site inspection that is in or out of Wuxi if necessary

Occasional exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, etc

Employee must be able to travel 30% of the time
