Responsibilities

Directly source, recruit and coordinate the placement of top talent needed to support our leadership. This will include sourcing for exempt and non-exempt positions

Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates

Negotiate offers of employment

Coordinate on site interviews with leadership team and provide applicable follow up

Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations

Participate in the full cycle recruitment process

Develop ongoing relationships with hiring managers

Assist as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required

Required

Experience recruiting in several disciplines, ie. Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc

Candidates should be comfortable working with various teams and members of leadership cross-functionally

Strong background identifying appropriate candidates, calling candidates, screening candidates and drafting write-ups to send to leadership for review

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Systems and general working knowledge of Internet for business use

Prior experience utilizing Workday

Willingness to work shift work and overtime is required

Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions) and reference verification
