Responsibilities
Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture by partnering with leaders, team members, and the employee relations team to address workplace concerns, promote engagement, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies
Play a key part in fostering respectful work environments across the health system, with a focus on supporting team member relations, conflict resolution, and labor relations in a unionized setting
Contribute to the overall team member experience by helping to resolve issues early, supporting investigations, and ensuring alignment with organizational values, policies, and collective bargaining agreements
Support other areas of the HR department, for example Leave of Absence, Payroll or Benefits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required with commiserate relevant experience in Business Operations, HR, or related field
2 years of HR experience
Experience managing and maintaining a HRIS platform(s)
