Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at executive healthcare client organizations
Own account strategy to ensure alignment between client objectives and Cognizant partnership outcomes
Ensure successful service delivery, including meeting SLAs, maintaining high client satisfaction, and leading end-to-end issue resolution with root-cause analysis
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve production support and data-related issues
Manage and prioritize a workload of technical and operational support items, providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders per SLA requirements
Maintain accurate tracking of customer-reported issues following established issue management procedures
Provide healthcare industry insight and product knowledge to clients, identifying relevant TPS portfolio offerings that support client goals
Conduct proactive outreach through reporting analysis, business reviews, and regular client meetings
Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and support additional initiatives as needed

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years of customer service or client relationship experience; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
At least 6 months of experience in a service delivery management role, or 1+ year of experience in account management or service delivery
Proven ability to manage client relationships across multiple levels of leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred

Understanding of healthcare clearinghouse operations and revenue cycle management
Knowledge of HIPAA, X12, and ANSI EDI transaction standards
Experience providing executive‑level client support in a regulated environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare, or equivalent practical experience
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and self‑directed working skills
