Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and chat from EMS merchants
Provide your customer with an exceptional experience and drive client satisfaction
Use compassion in helping upset customers and helping them through the issues they are experiencing while maintaining composure in stressful situations
Provide accurate information and guidance to manage your customer’s expectations and to help them understand their accounts
Qualification
Required
Passion for high levels of Customer Service
Desire to be a punctual team player
Attention to Detail
Basic aptitude for troubleshooting hardware, software and communication issues
Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system (training is provided)
