Senior Product Manager - Payment Compliance

Responsibilities
Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product
Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
Monitors product profitability measures, including budget
Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed
Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities
Partner closely with policy, analytics, engineering, and business teams to understand compliance requirements, risks, and customer impact
Develop a deep understanding of the platform and underlying technology to design scalable, flexible product solutions
Own product requirements (PRDs, epics, user stories) and lead discovery for complex, cross-functional initiatives
Prioritize and deliver roadmaps based on business impact, customer value, and time-to-market considerations
Define product outcomes, influence roadmap decisions, and evangelize product vision across cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful focus on Compliance Risk Management and RegTech
Strong knowledge of Sanctions, AML, and Payment Compliance, including global regulatory expectations and payment flows (auth, settlement, reconciliation)
Experience building and scaling platform products, including APIs, adoption tools, monitoring, and dashboards
Ability to analyze complex problems, make data-driven trade-offs, and balance risk, efficiency, and customer impact
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience working in matrixed, global environments
