Develop and implement cohesive brand identity across retail and print channels
Create impactful visual designs for large-scale retail environments while maintaining brand integrity
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to innovate and expand brand presence
Produce press-ready files efficiently, ensuring high quality under tight deadlines
Provide clear direction to the Studio team for seamless execution of design elements
Adapt to changing business needs while supporting the overall brand vision
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in retail design with a knack for creating impactful visual solutions
Ability to translate complex information into clean, clear designs with strong hierarchy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently
Preferred
Experience with omni-channel design approaches
Strong typography and layout skills for visually stunning designs
Familiarity with design systems and adherence to brand standards
