Oversee all incoming and outgoing information and document controls related to the development and completion of a construction project
Support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to help ensure project, team, owner, and business partner success- job site communications, RFI process, and project control procedures to include scheduling and changes in the work
Actively participate in and manage information from contractor meetings and strengthen positive interactions with contractors

Qualification

Engineering degreeConstruction managementOSHA 10 certificationOSHA 30 certificationDedication to safety

Required

B.S. or B.A. degree in engineering, construction management, economics or business
Dedication to safety - OSHA 10 certification required

Preferred

OSHA 30 preferred
