Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT projects for federal clients

Oversee full project lifecycle: roadmap planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, release management, and retrospectives

Apply Scrum principles and Agile best practices to manage development teams and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including routine status reports, weekly project plan updates, and risk/issue tracking

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage changes in scope, schedule, budget, and personnel

Monitor and improve team velocity and performance through backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to QA standards such as CMMI Level III and other industry best practices

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and contribute to recruiting efforts
