Responsibilities
Support high-volume software (SW) supplier management and facilitate cross-functional communication across Legal, Finance, RD, and Business Units
Negotiate SW supplier contracts to secure terms that align with Lenovo's business objectives
Monitor SW supplier performance and address issues or discrepancies to support ongoing improvement
Provide assistance to Business Units and Segments in developing strategies consistent with industry standards to maintain product and software solution competitiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, supply chain management, or related field
5+ years of experience in procurement
Knowledge of AI software/models and cloud services
Preferred
Strong international teamwork skills and experience on global partner management are preferred
Experience in procurement, contract management and/or procurement operations
Time flexibility, you will be working with international vendors
AI knowledge
Relationship building skills
