Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing plans - including media and social - to support DevaCurl and SexyHair brand activations and drive consumer engagement
Assist social managers and content creation during photoshoots
Support content planning and research trends for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Support cross-functional teams by organizing and maintaining key assets such as creative content and presentations
Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions to enhance brand visibility and consumer connection across channels
Assist in community engagement, creator management, and influencer list building
Qualification
Required
A student graduating in 2027 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations
Self-starter with good time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Familiarity and experience managing social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc
Preferred
Preferred experience in CreatorIQ and DashSocial
