Responsibilities

Support semiconductor process technology (e.g. support designers and interface with foundries as necessary)
Support SPICE models and simulation
Assist designers with product debug through activities like data analysis and micro probing

Required

Candidate must be presently pursuing BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering
Good planning and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Semiconductor device physics for both CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies
SPICE modeling and simulation
Probe level silicon device measurements
Analog circuit design with Cadence Virtuoso
Linux command line interface and scripting
MS Excel and VBA macros
