This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to learn commercial and agricultural lending, gain hands-on experience in credit analysis, and build relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior ag and commercial lenders to learn lending processes, market strategies, and compliance regulations

Support credit analysis and underwriting for commercial and ag loans

Develop, expand, and retain business relationships through proactive calling and community engagement

Cross-sell the bank's full range of financial products and services

Analyze applicants' credit history and repayment capacity to help structure sound loan packages

Negotiate credit terms and collateral requirements consistent with bank policy and market conditions

Review new laws and regulations impacting business lending and assist in implementing best practices

Represent the bank in the community through active participation in civic and business organizations

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
