Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources OR A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily may be substituted

4-7 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, of which 2-4 years include experience in a credit union or bank setting

Proven ability to attract and hire diverse, high-performing talent aligned with CAMPUS culture

Skilled in creating compelling, compliant job postings across multiple platforms

Maintain an engaging, up-to-date CAMPUS careers page

Full-cycle recruiting expertise: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and delivering top candidates

Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks in line with guidelines

Confidently extends offers and negotiates compensation within guidelines

Builds and nurtures community partnerships and internship programs

Partners with marketing on hiring events and employer-brand social content

Familiar with AAP and EEOC reporting; aligns recruiting with workforce goals

Flexible and proactive in supporting evolving business needs

A strong people-first mindset and genuine care for candidate experience
