Responsibilities

Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts
Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor
Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies
Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems
Assist in managing shortages for clear to kit availability and floor stock replenishment
Continuous improvement to streamline and improve results of stock availability
Identify and resolve data quality issues
Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Prepare and provide data driven reviews to management
Willing to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs

Required

High school diploma, or equivalent
1+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
1+ years in SAP (S4Hanna)
1+ year in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience
Able to lift up to 49 pounds
Able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
