Talent Acquisition Intern
Sisterson & Co. LLP, a respected regional CPA firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a motivated and innovative candidate to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will gain experience in recruitment processes and assist in implementing leadership development programs and career-related events for new hires.

Responsibilities
Work directly with firmwide employees while reporting to the Director of Talent
Gain experience using various technical recruitment platforms, including applicant tracking and sourcing software
Assist in supporting and implementing leadership development program initiatives
Help plan and implement career-related events for new hires and on-campus recruiting
Provide students with relevant practical experience in recruitment and retention functions through direct training, job shadowing, and networking
Qualification
Required
Possessing strong organizational, communication skills, and leadership skills
Bringing a creative mindset with an interest in innovative recruitment strategies
Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Preferred
Obtaining a bachelor's degree in any field, with preference given to those in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Human Services, or related fields
Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior
Familiar with (not required) LinkedIn, Handshake, indeed, and other recruiting platforms
