Video Department Manager
Showcall Inc is one of the premier event production companies in the country, providing total event production services. The Video Department Manager is responsible for designing video systems and managing the video engineering team to ensure effective and reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities
Liase with Account Management team to assist in proposal development
Manage Showcall Video Engineers to ensure accuracy of equipment configuration prior to deployment
Ideate and execute on operation and design concepts that create efficiencies and improve reliability of the services delivered
Ensure all show related information is communicated clearly and efficiently to any internal and external staff
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of video experience as it pertains to events
Must be able to work in our Frederick, MD office
Expert level ability to design video workflows specific to client needs
Have an aptitude for working in a software driven inventory and project management system
Works well independently, as well as in a group setting
Exhibits strong professional and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with quality and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Forward thinker that sees the big picture while maintaining day to day operations
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
