Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT/OT teams to integrate manufacturing equipment and systems into the data fabric architecture

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for data acquisition, transformation, and transmission

Configure and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems

Ensure secure and reliable data flow from edge devices to central data platforms

Support the deployment of edge computing devices and IIoT gateways

Document system configurations, workflows, and integration points

Provide technical support during commissioning and post-deployment phases

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field

7+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems

Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider)

Familiarity with SCADA systems, OPC UA/DA, MQTT, UNS and industrial communication protocols

Experience with IIoT platforms and edge computing devices

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Minimum 7 years of hands-on, in the field experience, installing, troubleshooting, calibrating, integrating, and qualifying industrial control systems
