Senior Manager, Talent Performance & Experience

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent performance and employee experience strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture
Manage systems and programs that enhance the employee experience
Lead onboarding and career development programs for managers and employees
Own performance cycles, goal-setting processes, and recognition programs
Develop and execute engagement and inclusion strategies
Maintain KPIs, reporting, and analytics for performance and experience initiatives
Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs
Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions is required with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Extensive knowledge of talent management best practices, performance management frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and HR technologies
Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

Preferred

Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations is preferred
