Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors
Empowering team members to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Designing a schedule that works for you with autonomy over your cases
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
