Technical Trade Administrator

Responsibilities
Perform employee onboarding and offboarding
Set up and support company devices (iPhones, iPads, laptops, desktops)
Assign and manage system access using a least-privilege model, ensuring employees have only the access necessary for their role
Provide support for login, access, and device-related issues
Researching technology issues to understand and resolve them and explain solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
In-house software maintenance (O365 Admin) and support
Mobile Device Management (MDM) including iPhone/iPad set-up and maintenance
Troubleshooting CRM (ServiceTitan) problems and errors
Providing phone system and network support
Ensuring quick and effective response times to resolve requests
Communicate technical information clearly to employees with varying levels of technical experience
Escalate advanced IT issues to managed service providers
Maintain accurate device and access inventory
Assisting the Manager of Business Support Services with office, building, and operational support tasks as needed
Provide coverage as needed with city and county permit processing
Help coordinate inspections and follow-ups
Communicate with customers, inspectors, and municipal offices regarding permits and inspections
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist other operational departments as needed
Organizing, managing, and maintaining cabling, wiring, workstations, and office technology equipment, including keeping work areas clean, organized, and professional
Assisting with workstation setup, teardown, and equipment moves across different locations, which may require crawling into small or confined spaces and lifting or carrying equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
Qualification
Required
Have an associate's degree and have (or be pursuing) a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. However, candidates with 'real world' and on-the-job experience will also be considered
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple urgent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable following access controls and approval processes, including least-privilege access standards
Comfortable speaking with customers in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner
Professional and courteous communication with inspectors, vendors, and internal teams
Solution-oriented with the ability to remain firm while being respectful and understanding
Comfortable setting up and supporting phones, tablets, and computers
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Willingness to learn trade administration and permitting
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Preferred
Experience with onboarding/offboarding
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM
Experience supporting iOS and Windows environments
Operations or administrative background
Construction or trades experience
CompTIA or other industry certifications
