Telecare Corporation is committed to delivering excellent and effective behavioral health services. The Licensed Team Lead will supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate service needs, and ensure appropriate levels of services for new members while participating in an on-call rotation.

Collaborates with other services and agencies

Completes assessments and determines the appropriate level of services for new members

Participate in a structured on-call rotation

Remain accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe

Actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols

Qualification

Licensed mental health professionalSupervisory experienceMental health experienceCPR certifiedCrisis Prevention Institute certifiedSensitivity to multi-cultural populationsFirst Aid certifiedValid driver’s license

Required

One (1) year of experience in mental health setting

Licensed mental health professional as confirmed by state regulatory/licensing board (e.g., LCSW, MFT, RN, or LPCC) from the state of operation

One (1) year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment

Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment

All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification

Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver

Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc

Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
