Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting TPAs, brokers, and consultants
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare benefits ecosystem
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success to align on strategy and client delivery
Drive complex negotiations and close high-value deals that advance both client and company goals
Represent Nomi at client meetings, conferences, and industry events (50–70% travel)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or fintech, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Deep understanding of TPA operations, broker networks, and the healthcare benefits ecosystem
Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently exceeding revenue goals
Experience selling complex solutions such as healthcare analytics, PBM or network contracting
Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
