Responsibilities
Create and refine sketches and CAD designs
Arrange and update the design wall with CADs to reflect current styles and revisions
Assist in designing prints and patterns for new collections
Develop mood boards and trend reports for team meetings and presentations
Monitor and manage shipments, ensuring accurate tracking
Receive, organize, and catalog incoming samples for reference and development
Develop and maintain line sheets, keeping them updated with product changes
Process and input sample requests for design and production teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking abilities
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to follow up and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
