Responsibilities
Government Portal Automation: Build and maintain browser-based bots (using Playwright or Puppeteer) to automate company registrations and document uploads on state websites
Public Data Extraction & OCR: Create scrapers to pull company records from public databases and implement OCR tools (like AWS Textract) to extract data from government-issued certificates
Document Generation: Develop logic to turn raw data into clean, "Ready-to-Verify" documents (PDF/Word) for client approval
Semi-Automated Workflows: Design n8n workflows that connect our intake forms, CRM (HubSpot), and automation scripts into a single, cohesive engine
Qualification
Required
Advanced level of English & Spanish
Proven experience navigating complex websites that do not have APIs
A meticulous approach to error handling and 'exception management' in automated processes
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Python is a major plus)
Experience with n8n, HubSpot, and Document Intelligence/OCR platforms
