Responsibilities
Driving group business across Nittany Valley Sports Centre through proactive sales efforts, relationship-building, and exceptional service delivery
Selling group experiences including field and court rentals, birthday parties, team-building events, corporate outings, school and youth organization events, camps, and the new Family Entertainment Center (FEC)
Prospecting new business and closing deals
Managing repeat accounts and ensuring a seamless transition from sale to execution
Achieving revenue goals while supporting long-term, value-based customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Proactive sales efforts
Relationship-building skills
Exceptional service delivery
Experience in selling group experiences including field and court rentals, birthday parties, team-building events, corporate outings, school and youth organization events, camps, and Family Entertainment Center (FEC)
Ability to prospect new business
