Elite Spice Inc is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to assist in the organization of warehouse operations. The role involves monitoring movement requests, customer orders, and incoming materials while communicating updates to other departments.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and distribute pick requests to forklift drivers

Work with the Warehouse Lead at our other facilities to track the status and location of customer orders and internal requests

Assist Warehouse Associates in prioritizing product movement between warehouses

Provide trailer status updates to the Warehouse Lead/Supervisor at each warehouse

Monitor the scheduling and unloading of incoming containers and shuttles

Print, prepare and organize PO, labels and incoming delivery paperwork

Verifying orders for accuracy

Requesting labels

Greeting drivers and directing trucks to doors

Coordinating loading and unloading

Entering shipping information and preparing shipping documents

Pull requests or orders as needed

Monitor & maintain functionality of office equipment

Monitor and order necessary supplies

Assist with overall organization in the office & warehouse

Perform additional tasks as needed or assigned by supervisor

Ability to be organized and follow up on tasks

Preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

Experience operating a forklift / Willing to be certified and trained as a forklift operator
