Content Operations for Overseas Markets (Project-Based Intern)
Alibaba.com is a global e-commerce leader seeking a Project-Based Intern for their Content Operations team focused on overseas markets. The intern will assist in creating localized content, engaging with social media communities, and collaborating on branding strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist the team in identifying trending topics and user insights on overseas social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create localized content aligned with operational guidelines and business priorities to enhance content quality, engagement rates, and overall visibility of Alibaba.com in target overseas markets
Leverage expertise in overseas social media ecosystems to distribute content within platform communities, collaborate with overseas KOLs/KOCs, and amplify Alibaba.com’s influence and traffic through targeted community engagement
Contribute creative ideas and execute branding/communication strategies for large-scale campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching project goals and business objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams across languages and cultures, adapting to diverse communication styles to ensure effective implementation of regional communication strategies
Qualification
Required
On-site availability ≥4 days per week, with an internship duration of ≥3 months
Prior experience studying abroad, working in multinational corporations, or successfully managing personal social media accounts
Proficiency in video editing, graphic design tools, and other new media software. Experience with AI tools is a plus
Fluent in English as a working language
