Responsibilities
Support daily HR and People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
Assist with recruiting coordination, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation in line with compliance requirements
Support benefits administration, annual enrollment, and employee lifecycle processes
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and general administrative tasks
Collaborate with leadership and HR partners to support employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an HR, People Operations, or administrative role (finance exposure is a plus but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using HR systems, spreadsheets, and standard business tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States and comfortable working fully remote
Preferred
Experience supporting HR functions in a finance or professional services environment
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
Basic knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and compliance
Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
