Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for water and wastewater clients across Oklahoma
Lead business development efforts, including strategy development, pursuit planning, and proposal support for new and existing clients
Act as Project Manager for large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, sewer rehabilitation, and water transmission and distribution systems
Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
Mentor and support early-career engineers, scientists, and consultants within the Oklahoma City office
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational and strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment
Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience in water and wastewater engineering
Demonstrated experience developing client relationships and successfully pursuing and delivering projects
Proven leadership and mentoring experience with junior engineering staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work regularly in the Oklahoma City office
Preferred
Experience working with municipal or utility clients in Oklahoma or the surrounding region
Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams on large capital improvement projects
Familiarity with state and local regulatory requirements for water and wastewater infrastructure
