5+ years expAAON, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. SAP PTP/EWM Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the SAP PTP and EWM functionality within S/4HANA and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, drive process standardization, and ensure the efficient utilization of out-of-the-box SAP software capabilities.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Functional Consultant during business process analysis by participating in interviews, workflow analyses, and facilitating discussions with business users
Translate user business requirements into comprehensive functional designs for development, testing, and implementation
Identify and communicate risks and issues related to business rules, functional requirements, and specifications. Actively contributes to managing the scope of applications and related changes
Participate in the UAT phase and go-live period of the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation project, addressing live system issues by engaging internal and external stakeholders, leading root cause analysis, and assessing upstream and downstream change impacts
Support quality assurance efforts through functional test case reviews and contribute to user training by creating training materials
Drive continuous process improvements by monitoring and analyzing KPIs, proposing process and system changes, providing scope and cost estimates, and optimizing timelines to enhance quality and business outcomes
Additional duties as assigned, based on project needs and organizational requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
5-7 years' experience in software development, computer engineering, or related position
Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and with others
Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills
High attention to detail
Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills
Preferred
Advanced or Master's degree in related field
7+ years' experience in software development, computer engineering, or related position
