Responsibilities

Assist with identifying audit priorities and key risk areas used to determine project plan

Confirm, develop, update, and enhance internal control documentation to align with best practices

Review accounting records and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational/department needs, while providing balanced control recommendations which will be clearly and concisely communicated

Lead and manage audit engagements, including scoping, fieldwork, and reporting to stakeholders

Validate that control gaps and internal audit findings and recommendations are addressed through timely corrective actions
