Responsibilities
Establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination
Oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes for accurate, high-performing designs
Mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Work autonomously to solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and guide your team in delivering world-class deliverables
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3D modeling / drafting
At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks
At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Lead
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Tempe, AZ
Preferred
Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements
Two-year associate's degree in relevant field
At least 2 years of semiconductor experience
