They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to evaluate customer energy usage, design system layouts, and produce accurate proposals.

Responsibilities
Review energy bills, site data, and customer objectives to create accurate solar proposals
Use design software to model systems
Prepare bill-of-materials, layout drawings, and production estimates
Participate in sales calls and handoffs to ensure customers feel supported and informed
Assist the sales team with documentation, CRM updates, and coordination across departments
Communicate progress, timelines, and updates to internal teams and customers
Qualification
Required
Experience with solar or construction design tools (CAD, Helioscope, Aurora, Energy Tool Base, or similar)
Experience with organizational and CRM tools like Odoo, MS systems
Clear communicator with strong customer service instincts
Ability to translate technical data into understandable proposals
Organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple teams
Preferred
Prior experience in solar, construction, or related project design preferred
