Front Desk/Administrative Assistant

Accurus Aerospace is seeking a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, assisting with event coordination, and maintaining office supplies and information systems.

Responsibilities

Professionally greets visitors and ensures badge assignment and other visitor-related security measures are consistently enforced; may generate employee badges and support new employee setup and onboarding/orientation
Answers, appropriately screens, and routes phone calls promptly and in a courteous, professional manner
Responds politely and professionally to employee inquiries, providing instructions, resources, or other information as required
Assists with event coordination as needed; assists with coordination of employee engagement, training, and other internal group activities; coordinates food and beverage orders, pickup/delivery, and setup/cleanup as needed for various internal meetings
Maintains employee information center/bulletin boards with timely information; may assist with preparation and distribution of employee newsletters and other communications
Maintains a variety of tracking spreadsheets and metrics for management reporting; may utilize ERP/Accounting software to record and store information
Performs general office duties such as scanning documents, filing, sorting and delivering mail, and handling routine correspondence; operates computer, 10-key calculators, scanners and copy machines, and other office equipment
May make travel arrangements and prepare/review expense reports
Maintains appropriate inventory of office and other supplies, placing orders or making in-person purchases as appropriate; establishes and maintains relationships with vendors and vendor programs
Utilizes personal vehicle (mileage to be reimbursed) to run local errands for the business and to pick up and deliver supplies as needed; may make bank deposits
Performs other duties as assigned
Regular attendance on-site at the work location is required
