They are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to assist in the preparation of financial reports and perform account reconciliations as part of the Finance & Accounting team.

Responsibilities

Assist with month end close

Prepare, review, and post journal entries

Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts

Recording and reporting of accruals and prepaids

Assist with annual audit schedules

Assist with AR/AP

Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance

Ensure all transactions comply with company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures

Assist in the annual budgeting process

Identify and implement process improvements to improve the efficiency of various processes

Assisting with other ad hoc projects in accounting and finance

Other related duties as assigned
