Responsibilities
Identifies and implements process improvements and efficiencies
Executes project deliverables and manages implementation. Monitors implementation progress and identifies risks, roadblocks and corrective actions
Designs programs aligned with best practices and project goals
Troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions during implementation
Mobilizes resources and cross-functional teams to execute innovations
Facilitate training and handoffs to support teammates
Partners with internal stakeholders to develop materials for process training
Works with resources to development and implementation technology based solutions as warranted
Performs post-implementation reviews to measure success and outcomes, identifies continuous improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in process improvement, operations, or project management roles in a Client Services environment
Ability to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined processes
Proven experience managing projects from discovery through implementation
Analytical thinking approach and ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions
Demonstrated ability to translate process designs into actionable implementation plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic data analysis skills for measuring process efficiency
Skilled in planning, scheduling, resource allocation leveraging tools like MS Project, Asana or Trello
Preferred
Exposure to training development or knowledge management is a plus
Familiarity with workflow automation tools or CRM systems (depending on the organization)
