Responsibilities
Write and optimize SQL queries to answer business questions and support decision-making across teams
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help Sales, Transact, Operations, and Product track performance
Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, scope analyses, and deliver actionable insights
Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in our data and surface them to the team
Document your work—queries, definitions, and methodologies—so insights are repeatable and scalable
Support ad hoc analyses and data pulls for time-sensitive requests
Qualification
Required
Some experience working with data—whether through internships, coursework, or a prior role
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a data warehouse environment
A clear communicator who can translate data findings for non-technical audiences
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for catching what others miss
A curious, growth-oriented mindset—always asking 'why' and looking for ways to dig deeper
Preferred
Experience with BI tools like Hex, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau is a plus, but a willingness to learn is more important
