AIT Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarder that helps companies grow by expanding access to markets all over the world. As an intern, you will join a rotational program to gain hands-on experience in various operational departments, receive formal training, and learn about managing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Gain practical experience by working alongside experienced team members, learning how to manage and optimize the supply chain

Attend formal training sessions led by industry experts to learn about AIT products, regulations, process and systems

Earn an AIT Evolve Certificate in either Air or Ocean operations

Perform data entry activities, database management operations and maintenance of client files

Convey and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while providing extraordinary external and internal customer service

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree - Recent graduate or graduating within the next 12 months in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving skills

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and be a fast learner

Preferred

Bilingual in additional languages a plus
