They are seeking a Head of Growth to architect and scale their growth engine, responsible for pipeline generation and revenue goals, while driving demand and building a high-performing growth team.

Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in growth, marketing, or PLG roles at high-growth technology companies
Deep expertise in 2+ growth channels or surface areas (e.g. outbound, PLG, paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships), with the ability to delve into new channels
Proven track record of building a winning growth team over multiple years
Strong experience running an experiment-driven growth team and running growth more like a product team than a traditional marketing team
Demonstrated ability to hire and lead high-performing, high-velocity teams and develop strong functional leaders
Systems-oriented, execution-biased, and comfortable making high-conviction decisions with imperfect data
Fluency with modern growth, analytics, and GTM tooling (e.g. Unify). Dashboarding and data analysis should be core competencies
