Help Desk Associate / PC Tech

Masis Professional Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite, internal IT support in a distribution and office environment. This hands-on role focuses on deskside support, hardware troubleshooting, and employee technology support.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 deskside support for internal users
Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up, image, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Support Microsoft 365 (M365) and Active Directory user tasks
Support printers, scanners, and other equipment used in a distribution setting
Track and document work using a ticketing system
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and parts

Qualification

Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365Ticketing systemPC hardware troubleshootingCustomer service skills

Required

1+ years of experience in an internal Help Desk or Desktop Support role
Experience supporting users in a corporate or office IT environment
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Experience using a ticketing system
Strong communication and customer service skills
