Demand Generation Strategist
Hootsuite is seeking a Demand Generation Strategist to support the development and implementation of tactical plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth within the enterprise segment. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing Leadership, and other teams to ensure effective execution across the marketing funnel and analyzing performance metrics to recommend adjustments and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating enterprise demos, Director+ leads, and accelerate MQL-to-opportunity conversion
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Leadership, Lifecycle, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure tight alignment, coordinated execution, and clear handoffs across the funnel
Monitor enterprise performance by analyzing key metrics and pulling data from multiple systems
Conduct market research to identify customer and market opportunities, and share findings with relevant teams to help refine targeting and inform the enterprise channel strategy for FY26 and beyond
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Significant relevant experience in a marketing role, including expertise in marketing automation platforms (like Marketo) and CRM systems (like Salesforce) is often required
Marketing experience required; exposure to enterprise-level marketing, including familiarity with B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing, is preferred
The ability to analyze data, report on results, and use insights to inform and refine campaigns is crucial
Must be able to develop innovative, creative strategies and implement them across various channels
Strong communication skills are needed to work effectively with sales and other teams
Seeks new and better ways of doing things, generates original and imaginative ideas, products, or solutions
