Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the executive schedule, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and coordinating meetings
Coordinate meeting logistics and travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation
Greet and escort visitors
Flag important communications for follow-up
Track relevant content in Salesforce and other organizational tools
Answer phones, respond to emails, order office supplies, and provide other administrative assistance

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting an executive-level staff
Excellent organization and time management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
