Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients through proactive business development and relationship management

Identify new lending opportunities by networking, calling on prospects, and partnering with internal team members to support business growth

Analyze and structure credit requests to ensure compliance with bank policies, sound credit principles, and regulatory requirements

Prepare loan presentations and recommendations for credit approval

Monitor ongoing credit quality of existing relationships and ensure timely renewals and reviews

Collaborate with credit analysts, underwriters, and other internal partners to deliver a superior client experience

Represent the bank in the community through active participation in professional and civic organizations
