Responsibilities
Co-Develop/Create/Manage Master Analytics Program alumni and Current Student surveys, which includes supporting outreach plans, including approaches, trends, sources and uses. Co-lead in the creation of student information systems to utilize data driven strategies and best practices to inform student success strategies and address matters related to student retention, program marketing and admissions.Provides Master of Analytics Program with administrative support(across career services, students services, marketing, admissions, facilities and overall program planning and execution) This includes but is not limited to supporting, managing, planing and administering a range of administrative operations Career Services', Student Services, Events, Course Support, General unit and HR support. Assist with Master of Analytics program event planning, execution and set-up related duties, as needed, including but not limited to: admissions, orientation, graduation, employer visits, place-based immersions, live virtual events, annual showcases and competitions. Co-lead in creating processes to gather student information on student success platforms to maintain case management of students served including data entry, tracking and reporting and surveys(annual, semi-annual, monthly). Support and assist the MAnalytics program Student Services team with OPT requests and letter verification requests; event support such as New Student Orientation, Commencement and Visit Day; info session back-up support; event coordination with student groups
Provide operational and administrative support to the Master of Analytics Program, including participation in the development of student support procedures and guidelines. This will include supporting, managing, planning, and administering a range of administrative operations across Career Services, Student Services, Admissions, Student/Employer Events, Course Support (In-Person + Virtual), Experiential Learning, Data Analysis and Survey Outreach and Development, General unit, and HR support. May include gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing reports around career outcomes, financial activity, and HR reports
Lead a small staff of Blum student staff, assigning schedules, hiring, establishing task roles and setting prioritizes. Coordinate and participate in a variety of human resources and onboarding responsibilities (i.e. employee training, student worker training, new student orientation, internship training). Duties include ensuring the completion of forms and documents related to above mentioned responsibilities. Co-lead all areas of student services and support, in collaboration with Career Services Team, including but not limited to: student recruitment, employer outreach, onboarding, retention, program and course policies, events, community engagement, internship performance-approval and progress, alumni support and maintaining shared inbox
Oversee Blum facilities and space logistics and manages equipment/access needs, which includes but is not limited to developing and implementing building reservations policies, procedures, overseeing student space supply inventory and maintaining equipment. Including creating and updating AV guideline and resources for Blum Rooms, Classroom and Conference Space Reservations)
Assist the Program Director with planning and coordination of the program operations. Provide direct support to the Program Director through case management reporting, data summaries, and tracking tools that inform decision-making, continuous program improvement, and student support strategies

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills
Knowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning, basic fundraising processes, risk management planning, website design, accounting and payroll, and contracts and grants regulations and guidelines
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
Strong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service
Preferred
Thorough knowledge of University rules and regulations, processes, protocols and procedures for budget, accounting and fund management, and / or personnel management
Solid knowledge of common University-specific computer application programs
Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resources policies and procedures for staff and academic employees
