Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Manager for the Louis V. Gerstner Jr. Center for Learning, a corporate conference center focused on executive education. The role involves leading marketing and sales initiatives while managing a high-performing team, with a focus on selling hotel rooms and conference center space to various clients.

Responsibilities

Strategically sell hotel rooms and conference center space, including related services and food and beverage offerings, to individuals, groups, and corporate clients

Achieve or exceed annual budgeted sales goals through direct sales solicitation, new account development, and effective management of existing accounts

Maintain detailed account information, prepare sales reports, and respond promptly to all telephone and in‑person inquiries to promote the Hotel and Conference Center

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely responses to all requests for space and service needs

Collaborate with customers throughout all phases of meetings and conferences to ensure exceptional service and complete client satisfaction

Preferred

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of hotel or conference center sales experience

Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in business needs
