Outage coordination (OC) responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, and writing distribution switching procedures for NSP construction and maintenance departments adhering to safety policies and guidelines
It is challenging to provide a timely customer response when there are more switch plan requests than resources to coordinate, communicate and write
Maintaining the existing workload with fewer FTEs will result in longer lead time for switch plan coordination, which may result in higher Construction costs due to project delays
Qualification

Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills
