Amazon is seeking a dynamic Shipper Performance Coach to revolutionize transportation logistics by driving strategic improvements and solving complex shipping challenges. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with vendors and sellers to optimize shipping performance, turning data insights into actionable solutions that enhance our global transportation network.

Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies
Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance
Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with shipping partners
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of transportation disruptions
Manage and report on key performance metrics and improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent diploma
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred
Experience in project or program management
Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
Experience with SQL
